- Solve the problems – people in strata want to know: who to contact, how to do renovations, what the rules are when the levies are due, who is responsible to fix something. If your website answers these questions and you accept our recommended automated processes people will self-serve and comply with the rules.

- Make it mobile friendly – make it easy for people to access on their mobile and email people straight from their phone.

- Don’t have logins – for people to use the website remove all points of friction

- Don’t make it someone’s job to update it – by being smart about what you include makes maintaining your website something that takes less than 30 minutes each 6-12 months

- Tell everyone it’s there – email the owners, put it on the notice board, put a notice in the lifts, tell people you have a website and tell them against every chance you get. I recommend aiming to tell the owners about the website 4 times a year.

- Make it easy to remember – spend a few dollars and buy a domain name that people can remember, like your address or strata plan number, this is made easy when you use Google Sites.

Step 3: Go to Google Sites (yes google sites, not word press or those other fancy website builders)
